A Signature Long Lunch Showcase at Tarrawingee Farm

An afternoon of food, fire and celebration under the Moree sky

You’re invited to a long lunch on the lawns at Tarrawingee Farm

A relaxed, abundant, and flavour-filled afternoon showcasing the best of our region.

Featuring Terra Firma Dining all the way from the sunshine coast, this unforgettable afternoon will showcase their signature fire dining experience .

An open fire pit installation where premium local produce is slow-roasted over hot coals. This elemental style of cooking embraces the beauty of simplicity, using only flame, time, and quality ingredients to create deep, smoky flavour. The delicious aromas and the opportunity to engage with the chefs at the fire make it as much a performance as a meal.

Guests will be welcomed with our signature cocktail (or Mocktail) the “Tarrawingee Tarte”, made with housemade Lilly Pilly cordial straight from the farm. A refreshing native twist that sets the tone for the afternoon.

Live acoustic music by Lachy Reyes will provide the perfect soundtrack as you graze, sip and relax under wide skies.

The Menu

Entrée
An abundant grazing table featuring:
– Smokey fire cheese frypans
– Smoked grapes and toasted nuts
– Local honey
– Sourdough breads and artisanal crackers

Mains from the Fire
– Local lamb leg, hung and cooked Asado-style over coals for six hours
– Hung and smoked stuffed chicken, tender and aromatic

Sides
– Smoked cabbage, grilled greens and fresh leaves with charred citrus dressing and dukkah
– Coal-roasted pumpkin with toasted seeds, burnt honey, balsamic glaze, and crumbled feta

All served with housemade chimichurri and spiced yoghurt sauce.

The Bar

Premium drinks will be served by Josephine’s, renowned for their fresh, perfectly crafted Mojitos and elevated bar service. A curated menu of wine, beer and cocktails will be available for purchase, alongside a thoughtfully selected range of non-alcoholic options to suit every guest.

Complimentary buses will be running to and from the event, with pick-up and drop-off locations at Amaroo Tavern and Moree Golf Club for your convenience.

This event will be hosted in a long table format to encourage a shared, communal dining experience. Guests can purchase up to 10 tickets in a single transaction to ensure they are seated together. If you're booking separately but wish to sit with friends, please let us know at the time of booking. While we can't guarantee combined seating for separate purchases, we'll do our best to accommodate your group.
